Whether undertaking a one-off project or providing ongoing business advice and support, I work with the business owner and their team, as a trusted partner, focusing on converting the business goals into reality. Passionate about helping business owners succeed, I have also used my extensive business experience as a volunteer business mentor for over 15 years both in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

 

Working with a select range of clients, from undertaking an initial strategic review of the business to the successful implementation of the identified new initiatives, I involve the whole team in achieving the positive outcomes that will drive the company forward. I also help business owners develop effective leadership skills and create a positive team culture which are critical elements in any successful business plus I also assist owners to make the tough decisions and support them through the process.
