  • Managed contact via email and phone has now become paramount 

The process I follow allow the prospect to become familiar with the individual Advisor and their skill-set. It also creates some insight into the prospect’s possible needs – something I have become very adept at identifying.  My process ensures that I will generate leads and appointments of quality.

The key to my approach is a good prospect list which is nurtured with dedication.

Lead Generation Rates

    Hourly Rate Appointments

    1.  Hourly rate clients are given time allocation preference over per appointment clients *(see Terms of Service below)

    2.  No per appointment cost

    3.  Once made, appointment management (rebooking, cancellation etc.) must be managed by the Advisor

    Appointment Only

    Nurture Appointments

    Ongoing prospect nurturing is an essential process to ensure the healthy tick-over of an Advisor’s pipeline. This service (follow-up calls and emails) can be purchased at either the Hourly or Per Appointment rates.

    *Terms of Service

    As per the following example allowing for a weekly maximum of 40 available telemarketing hours:

    • Advisors A and B are on the hourly rate and purchase 10 telemarketing hours each (= 10 hours each)
    • Advisors C, D, E, F are on the per appointment rate and are allocated the remaining hours (= 5 hours each)

    The success fee is applied to both the Hourly and Per Appointment rates if an Advisor appointment results in a successful conversion to client. The fee is payable upon receipt of first client payment to the Advisor.

    Note on Calls/Hour Ratio

    Although I will try my utmost to deliver value for money, for clients that opt for the Per Hour rate, there is no guaranteed KPI for calls per hour as the variables are simply too many and complex to be able to guarantee a set number of calls. 

    It should be noted that the Per Hour rate of $28.00 + GST is extremely favourable compared to the market average telemarketing hourly rate of $40.00 + GST (in which the calls/hour ratio is also seldom guaranteed).

    Per hour call KPIs are not applicable to clients that opt for the Per Appointment rate as the time spent on each will vary as per the example outlined above.

    Criteria for acceptance of target lists 

    Target list items must be ‘warm’ (minimum of 3 email opens or website click-throughs)**

    ** Email warm-up campaigns may be independently conducted, arranged through Business Support Studio Limited, or organised through myself by negotiation.

    Target lists may contain any number of items but each item must include the minimum of:

    1. Company Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Phone number and/or
    4. Mobile number
    5. Website address
    6. www.companies.govt.nz 

    Target items on an active list may not be contacted on behalf of more than one advisor/company. Advisors will be informed before list acceptance what items are already ‘in play’ for another advisor/company 

    Target lists will be held either under individual advisor/company name security in a secure database administered by myself from which client reports will be generated, or in your own database with access granted by arrangement
